In order to ensure that the frozen cookie dough does not spoil and remains frozen during transit we include frozen gel packs, dry ice, insulation and other cooling methods. During transit, these cooling items may thaw and condensation may occur which is normal. In some instances, the condensation may damage the cardboard packaging but the cookie dough remains frozen. If this happens to your order and you’re concerned that the cookie dough may be spoiled, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and within 24 hours of delivery. Please include a photo and include any details so that we may determine the best course of action.
Note: We are in the process of redesigning our packaging to better ship frozen cookie dough and reduce shipping costs.
